The most recent Deadpool 2 rumor is that Blake Lively may be joining her husband Ryan Reynolds in the new movie. However, considering that The Shallows star is currently about four months pregnant with new baby, it’s highly unlike that she will be ready to film Deadpool 2. That doesn’t mean that Ryan Reynolds will drop out of the film though! The Shallows star became pregnant with her second baby back in April, after celebrating her first baby James’ birthday in December. She did not confirm until much later when her baby bump began to show… Ooo will she, won;t she?

It’s the era of television reboots, and it looks like the CW’s “Gossip Girl” might be getting it’s moment next.
According to a report from E! News, the show’s executive producers, Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, are not ruling out the possibility of a revival.
When asked if he would consider doing a reboot, Josh replied,
We haven’t really explored some of those conversations. Maybe, I don’t know. We haven’t really thought about it.
He also added “the internet has changed” and he would be interested in exploring how Serena and Blair would fair with new social media apps like Snapchat and Instagram.
So, although that sounds like a “maybe, probably not” to a normal person, in industry speak that’s a lot more optimistic.
To me, it sounds like they’re at least trying to work on something — it’s hard to believe the producers hadn’t even thought about it amidst the publicity for the “Gilmore Girls” and “Fuller House” reboot series.
“Gossip Girl” ended in 2012, so it might be a bit too soon to launch a revival just yet. Maybe we’ll hear about it again in upcoming years.
And of course, whether Blake Lively, Leighton Meester and the rest of the cast would come back if there WAS a revival would be a whole different story.
As the girls would say, only time will tell.
Actress Blake Lively was so anxious on her first day of shooting Woody Allen’s Café Society that she had to hold her co-star’s hand.
Blake Lively was shocked when she was asked to audition for Woody Allen’s new movie Café Society because she never saw herself as “fitting in” the director’s world. The comedy drama is set in 1930s Hollywood and tells the love triangle story between Bobby (Jesse Eisenberg), Vonnie (Kristen Stewart) and Veronica (Blake Lively).
Making her name in teen drama TV series Gossip Girl, Blake, 28, has recently been branching out into more serious roles, including a recent turn as a troubled surfer in The Shallows. But she never anticipated being cast in one of Woody’s offbeat dramas, and was extremely nervous when she auditioned for the role, especially as she wasn’t given any details about the character before she read the lines for the famed director.
“I did it once in a room with a couple of people and Woody – no cameras, very low-key. Then he says, ‘OK, do it again. Just this time, louder’. I realised I must have been whispering, I was so nervous,” she told Total Film magazine. “But the next day, I got a phone call asking if I wanted to do it. A Woody Allen movie is such specific writing, such a refined cadence, so I never saw myself fitting into that world, though I love it.”
Blake, who is married to actor Ryan Reynolds, was also extremely worried on the first day of filming Café Society as one of her first scenes had a lot of lengthy dialogue and she didn’t want to stumble on her words.
“(Co-star) Parker Posey was holding my hand under the table,” she confided. “I was intimidated because he’s an iconic filmmaker.
Café Society is showing in U.S. theatres now and opens in U.K. cinemas on 2 September (16).

In preparation for her role in The Shallows, Blake Lively and trainer Don Saladino set up a flexible six day workout plan for the actress to ensure she was in peak physical condition to fight that shark.
“She truly listened to me every step of the way and we both listened to her body,” Saladino tells Well and Good. “At the end of the day, it will never be one-size-fits-all. In order to get the results, you need to be paying attention to what’s going on [with you].”
Before laying out the workout regimen, Saladino noted that every workout is different and to always keep that in mind when reading up on celebrity workout plans:
“I could write out a workout for you, but the thing that people have to take into consideration is the intensity levels,” Saladino says. “And just because you see a celebrity workout plan, doesn’t mean that it’s exactly the same formula that helped them get in shape. If a leg day was set up for a Monday for Blake, but she was flying home the night before and stayed up all night with the baby and was exhausted, I’m not gonna make her do the full workout.”
So what did Lively get up to on those six days?
Day one focused on the upper body, finishing with a 20-30 minute burst of cardio. Day two was all about the lower body, think kettlebell deadlift, a lateral lunge, and split squat. Day three encompassed water; Lively hit the pool with a mix of interval work, treading water and long-distance swimming. Day four focused on getting outdoors and exercises that work anywhere: walking lunges, push-ups, and planks and more cardio. On day five, Saladino simply encouraged Lively to head outdoors “whether that was a walk with her daughter or husband, a jog around town, or a hike—for 30-40 minutes.”
Simple.
Blake Lively got some flack for saying that she had an “L.A. face with an Oakland booty” on Instagram and now rapper Sir Mix-a-Lot is responding to the comment.
The line is from the rapper’s song “Baby Got Back” and Blake used it to caption a photo of herself on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. See photos from that event in the gallery!
“For her to look at her butt and that little waist and to say ‘L.A. face with an Oakland booty’ doesn’t that mean that the norm has changed, that the beautiful people have accepted our idea of beautiful? That’s the way I took it,” Sir Mix-a-Lot told Pret-a-Reporter. “Now let me do this, as far as the critics are concerned: I don’t want to come off like, ‘Oh, he’s an Uncle Tom,’ because I’m not. If what Blake Lively meant by that comment was, ‘Oh my goodness, I’ve gained weight, I look horrible,’ if that’s what she meant — and I doubt that she did — then I’m with the critics. But no one in the world is gonna tell me that a woman that wears that dress is thinking that she’s fat. No, I’m sorry, it just doesn’t happen. It sounds like to me like she was giving the line props.”
“I think she’s saying, ‘I’ve got that Oakland booty,’ or ‘I’m trying to get it.’ I think we have to be careful what we wish for as African-Americans, because if you say she doesn’t have the right to say that, then how do you expect her at the same time to embrace your beauty? I mean, I don’t get it. I think it’s almost a nod of approval, and that was what I wanted. I wanted our idea of beautiful to be accepted,” he added. “I think now not only is it accepted, but it’s expected
Woody Allen just revealed the cast of his latest movie and it includes our Blake! What is more, she will have such Hollywood stars as Kristen Stewart, Jeannie Berlin, Jesse Eisenberg, Parker Posey, Corey Stoll, Ken Stott and Bruce Willis.
