We have added various missing photos of Blake attending events earlier this year…

Blake wins People’s Choice Award!

Blake may not have brought her handsome husband Ryan Reynolds to the People’s Choice Awards, but she made it perfectly clear he belongs to her.

Accepting the award for Favourite Dramatic Movie Actress for her role in The Shallows, the star slipped a special mention into her speech.

“Thank you to my husband, he’s everything to me,” she said. That’s when a fan began screaming at the mere mention of Reynolds. “You can’t have him, he’s mine!” Blake yelled in jest.

The Gossip Girl star beat out other leading ladies Amy Adams, Emily Blunt, Julia Roberts, and Meryl Streep for the gong. During her speech, she also took the opportunity to send a powerful message.

“My mum, she always taught me as a kid that you can’t ever let anyone limit you. Don’t ever let anyone tell you there’s something you can’t do,” she said, adding her first goal as a youngster was to join the Spice Girls.

“What was so neat about them was that they’re all do distinctly different, and they were women, and they owned who they were, and that was my first introduction into girl power,” she said. “Watching this movie, and the women nominated in this category — when you guys voted for this, you didn’t just vote for this movie or me, but you voted for girl power. … And men voted for girl power, too, and you guys are awesome for doing that.”

She thanked voters for “sending a message to Hollywood that people want to hear stories about women”.

74th Annual Golden Globe Awards

Blake stunned at the 74th Annual Golden Globes held at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles last night. The 29-year-old star wowed in a plunging black gown as she was joined by her husband Ryan Reynolds, 40, who was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for his role in Deadpool.

The Gossip Girl alum made sure to turn heads in the luxurious Atelier Versace number with long flowing train and gold sequinned neckline. We have added x77 photos from the gallery…

(I just wanted to add my own little shameless plug, for Gione da Silva who filmed our wedding in October last year, our highlight video can be seen here!)

L’Oreal Paris Women of Worth Celebration 2016

Last night (Nov 17th), Blake made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth to her second child at L’Oreal’s Women of Worth Awards in New York City.

Blake looked simply stunning, wearing a black Lanvin dress that featured a plunging neckline, pockets and sheer sleeves. The actress completed her ensemble with nude sandals and wore her long blonde tresses in a sleek straight hairstyle.

We have added x49 HQ photos from the event to the gallery …

“It’s as important as ever to celebrate women, and that’s what we get to do tonight—we get to celebrate 10 incredible women who are spending their days changing the world,” Lively told reporters at the event. “The woman who I’m celebrating tonight, Carly [Yoost], has already found 7,500 child predators, 2,500 children she’s saved from online pornography of children.”

She continues, “I can’t even imagine going through that as a parent. So it’s incredible—it’s great that we get to do that.”

Blake and Ryan Reynolds welcomed their second child in late September. And earlier this month, Reynolds confirmed that the couple’s new addition is a little girl. The parents of two, who also share 23-month-old daughter James, have yet to announce the name of their 6-week-old daughter.

Lively, who is known for her chops in the kitchen, tells reporters the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday is going to be a time for her to relax with loved ones.

“Just cooking with family, cooking with cousins and little ones coming over, ya know,” she says of her Turkey Day plans. “That’s about it, nothing too exciting.”

Also joining Lively at Wednesday’s awards program—which honored women who volunteer in their communities—were fellow L’Oreal spokesmodels Diane Keaton, Karlie Kloss, Eva Longoria and Andie MacDowell.

“You have to set an example. It’s so important,” Lively tells reporters of how she feels the empowerment of women will translate to her own daughters. “In times like this you can curl up and be really depressed about the state of communities that are under-served, or you can set that example for your children.”

She continues, “And you just have to figure out how—that’s the hardest thing. It’s about making that extra bit of effort, and that’s what tonight is: celebrating the women who are doing that.”
