What’s next for Blake?

Blake Lively is launching her own company, and this time it has nothing to do with acting.

“It’s something that will be launching in a few months and that I’m really, really thrilled about. The main element of it is that it’s about storytelling and it’s about living a very one-of-a-kind, curated life, and how to achieve that. There’s nothing like it out there – it’s without a genre,” Lively told us. “I have so many passions outside of acting and things that I grew up being good at and that I don’t utilise when acting. Acting was something that my family did so I just kind of got into it by default, but there was so much that I cultivated, thinking that I wouldn’t be an actor.”

Lively says that she has had the opportunity to branch out into new projects since she finished filming Gossip Girl just under a year ago, and took part in Gucci’s “amazing” Chime for Change concert this year as well as continuing as the face of the fashion house’s Premiere fragrance. But fans of her work needn’t worry, it certainly isn’t the end of her acting career.

“A lot has changed for me in the last year! I got married, I finished Gossip Girl after six years, I had my first break in a while and I’ve been working on this company… it has been nice to have a separation from my show. The first film I did coming out of Gossip Girl, I wanted it to be different from anything I’ve ever done but also representative of where I want to go, because now I’m in a different place,” she told us.

“When I was doing Gossip Girl, I had these short breaks where I could play a character on weekends, but there’s a movie I’m really excited about that I’ll be doing this winter and one of the most enticing parts of it is that it spans from the 1900s until now. The fashion is amazing, and my character gets to experience all of the different time periods and tell the story through fashion. It’s not a movie about fashion, but it’s an integral part of who she is and the whole story.”

How Blake and Ryan Spent Their Anniversary

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds celebrated their first year as husband and wife down South where they said “I do.” And Celebuzz has the first pics of Lively taking in the southern charm of Savannah, Georgia while shopping and meeting locals on their wedding anniversary Sept. 9.

The lovebirds stopped by the SCAD Art Store to check out some new art… And even met star struck art student Cody Vesley, who got his birthday wish and announced his excitement on Twitter and Instagram: “Met Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds today. I told my Mom to be cool but she had to get a picture with Blake, and Ryan offered to take the picture. I was literally dying inside for 30 mins. Happy birthday to me!!!” he wrote.

Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds Celebrate Wedding Anniversary

Monday was a very special day for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds: It was the couple’s one-year wedding anniversary.

The notoriously private twosome, who wed on Sept. 9, 2012 at Boone Hall Plantation in South Carolina, were seen in Charleston and Savannah, Ga., over the weekend where they went out for lunch at a local eatery and were served traditional Southern foods such as fried chicken, biscuits, macaroni and cheese and meatloaf. So that’show Blake keeps her fab figure!

The former “Gossip Girl” star, who has taken some time away from acting, spends much of her time showing off her cooking skills, posing for the cover of magazinesand being fabulous at her husband’s many movie premieres.

Unfortunately for us fans, the 26-year-old and her Canadian hubby don’t pose together very often on the red carpet.

So, in honour of their anniversary, we take a look at their best style moments together, even when Ryan was still married to Scarlett Johansson. Also, is it just a coincidence that while they were celebrating, Ryan’s ex-wife announced her engagement?

Did Christian Louboutin create a shoe for Blake Lively?

Sort of.

The fashion loving US actress was thrilled when Christian Louboutin named a pair of shoes after her.

The ‘Gossip Girl’ actress – who married film star Ryan Reynolds last year – says the famous designer was so enamored with her, he named a pair of “beautiful” shoes in her honor.

She said: “I was in his atelier in Paris after going to the couture shows for the first time and I saw these shoes. I told him they were the most beautiful things I’d seen in my entire life. The colors reminded me of ‘The Wizard of Oz’, my favorite movie.

He pulled out a marker pen, wrote my name on them and told me they would be named after me.”

The 25-year-old beauty, who is known for her impeccable style, also says she understands what works for her better than anyone and doesn’t hire stylists to dress her for red carpet events.

She added: “It can be a lot of work but it’s creatively fulfilling and a form of self-expression. I look online to pull something together for an event.”

It began with putting on fire engine red lipstick and a pretty Panama hat and crescendoed into a tour of the Prussian palaces of Potsdam and shopping for vintage dresses. She’s in Germany to visit her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, who’s wrapping a movie in nearby Berlin, and the past four days have been all ripped jeans and dad’s old baseball cap—tomboy days, she calls them—but this Thursday, with castles to explore and kitschy East German boutiques to plunder, Lively is feeling decidedly flirtier.“I never think about how other people will respond to the way I dress,” she says. “Dressing up is all about reflecting how I feel,” she adds—not to satisfy paparazzi. If she’s lazy, she’ll throw on a slouchy sweater and L.L. Bean moccasins. And on an aforementioned princess day? “That could call for wearing something totally inappropriate, like a beaded purse and a gorgeous pair of crystal heels just to go to the grocery store.”

With six seasons of Gossip Girl sealing her It Girl status and roles in The Town and Savages proving her acting chops, the Burbank, California, native is feeling more crystal heels than moccasins lately. She’s still riding the high of her secret wedding to Reynolds last September and her recent appointment as the face and muse for Gucci Première perfume. She is lucky enough to call her favorite musician, Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine, a close friend, and when she can’t decide which shoes to wear, she simply texts Christian Louboutin for advice. (“I’m still geeked out,” she says. “I’m like, ‘Christian, when you texted me, I took a screen grab!’ It’s crazy!”) And despite the fact that she famously has no stylist right now, she remains one of the most-hunted targets on the red carpet. Blake isn’t Pregnant

After tonnes of roumers that Blake and Ryan were expecting her first child, many people got really excited. The rumor first originated with OK magazine, who speculated that Blake may have been trying to hide a baby bump while walking a red carpet. Reynolds, who married Lively in September 2012, hasn’t been shy about wanting kids in the past.

The same goes for Blake, who has said that she would like to have a big family someday. Don’t start planning the baby shower just yet, though. According to Blake’s rep, there’s no bun in her oven. “The story is 100% false,” the rep tells the Daily News, “Blake is not pregnant.” So while it may happen down the line, those two aren’t set to become parents just yet.
